Funny! How I downloaded a youtube vidoe after my SD got crashed

Yesterday, I have been on youtube searching for a tutor that would help me fix my curropted 8GB SDcard. Imagine? I just inserted the SDcard in my freind's android phone. There was this Video he had oh his phone which I had watched long ago. Although he told me the consiquence of pluging the SDcard but I never took it something serious and beside, I was a freak, I would fix any error that attempts my Card, I claimed to have an antivirus program installed on my phone. We inserted the SD card, have the file copied, but when I removed the and plugged it back to my phone it comes up immediatly after booting and asks for format. What! My file! I am dead.. This was milkin sweat outta my forhead. I was now thinking of what to do to overcome this current situation. He my freind was Like; shebi I tell you i.e I have told you not to insert it. I am the owner of the phone and I have told you to unmount the card the removing..

I was then thinking of the solution. I wasnt intrested in his arguement anymore. The SDcard incident was Ok for me. I had to google, I would google something and include youtube so I would have a vidoe tutorial. Lemme cut it short. I found the vidoe tutor which was uploaded and channeled by InamiHelp an old video. I have to borrow a PC, a vidoe tutor that requires PC for a practice. I had to rush to the other street to get my boss system. I plugged my curropted SD card to the system and have the tutor played on my Nokia E5-00. It was clear with no buffering. I followed each step as explained on the tutorial and finnaly, I was able to format my 8GB SDcard even though the tutor was somewhat absruce. Then, how do I get my files back? I was quit happy. The files matters alot. I could get a new SDcard. Things had scattered in my brain. I just remembered I have to download the file.. I had to search google again yes! 'How to download a youtube video' google was indeed a search engine. I forever recommend it. I spent almost 30mins before I got this tutorial.

How to Download a Youtube video?.

Its damn easy! Just watch how I downloaded the Video.

Check the below picture, that was the Video I'm talking about. So I'd press Menu from my Operamini Browser and hit the address bar, with that you will find out that there is a link there highlighted? Thats the Videos link,




That was the one of the result google has displayed. So, You are to change the 'm.' there to 'ss'. Ok lets asumme this is the link there,

then, after replacing m. With ss. It should now look like this

Sure you get that?

Press the middle key after changing and wait for the page to load.. There you will find a download link thats links to different vidoes format.. Choose your preffered format and wait for a download notice. I choosed mp4 and I recomend it. It page loads and I have my downloading file located. Welcoming it from Youtube.







Thats all.. Now, I have the mp4 tutor on my phone. Stay arround, im goona updat the SDcard tutor

Well I felt the same at first. Then i realized why the heck I haven't made a post on that yet. We'll It's a simple process. So here go then, 

Step 1 : Open Your System Settings.

Step 2 : Tap On Apps Manager. 

Step 3 : Now Tap On That Browser Which You Don't Want Your Default Anymore.
Step 4 : Scroll Down And Tap On "CLEAR DEFAULTS".

Step 5 : Well It's Done. Now You Will Get An Option To Select Your Default Browser Again.

How to Creat a Movie of your Pictures with A Symbian Phone

How to Created a Movie of your Pictures with my Symbian Phone.



I have been searching for an app to Make movie with since It was my bros wedding. I had taken so much shoots However, concerning the marraige, I would like to make a Movie of it. It is also called photo album.

In this case, I will want the pictures played in a slide show while a sound is assigned to flow with them. I wasn't using a PC nor an android phone, I have a Symbian phone (Nokia E5-00). This phone has been smart and with not doubt, I will assure you... I love s60.

I was still wondering where to get the software to do all this work. I wanted to suprise them ofcourse I wasn't having a PC. It would be so suprising if the couples had discorverd the job. I had to connect my phone and set it online. I launched Operamini 7.1 cause thats the browser I mostly prefer in times of fast and smooth browsing. I have mastered every shortcut with it. I navigated to the google search bar and used the google search skill I had experienced in Oga Abdul's shop.

Google listed the results and went to hit the suspected link. The page loads, and I was taken to a download page. Although, there were also descriptions about the app. I downloaded the app befor getting to know it Name. It was a zip file packed with a text *.txt that describes the site info and all that.

Dont worry, shortly, I wil expain how the Movie was created. I was still with google while installing, only to check the installed file and found out it is helpful. The app is Indeed a Video Editor. I quickly changed the Phone's profile as Offline. I hate being disturbed when doing a serious work! With the fact that It was my first attempt. I launched it and quickly, from the Menu items, I clicked on 'Make photo movie' I beleived that would work the job.





With 'Make photo movie', I got a grid of the photos saved on my phone. Incase you dont see your photos, you will need to move photos from anywhere to E/Images or C/data/images. Image location matters a lot. You should now tick the pictures which you will like to make Movie of.



Tick the pictures , there is a 'Done' link at the right key of your phone. Press it.

Wait while the picture loads. This might take much time depending on the picture quality. Be patient, after the picture is loaded. Use the left navi key to play the role..



That is, check the below picture.



The blue box near the picture shown immediatly after the picture is the effect box, Bros! you will need to press that box in order to list the Available transitions. There are 3 or 4 effects too.

Its your choice to make transitions or effect for every image preparing for the movie. This consumes much time but its not that necessary, you can skip it if you like. But, there won't be any slide effect.

After that then, press Options and click Narration > Insert this will list the sounds (mp3) which you have saved on your phone/memory card. Select the preferred one and get ready for the saving..





Lets talking about insertin text clips. Ok kk, you can use text clip as much as you want by just pressing Options > Insert Text Clip





Exactly, in the text box type the message and click options for more settings. There you will find foreground color and text color. Do all you have gotta do.



After all the settings, Press Options and Click on Save. The movie job will be saved to your Phone memory under C/Data/Videos. You can also change the saving location by Checking the settings link.





Resolution, Lenght, Default file name, Location. Press the right navikey for more settings



Duration of Photos, Duration of transition, Type of Transition and Background Music..



You can stil check the Help link if you need more enlightment about the app. Options > Help!

How to change Photo Background with Idesigner

Good day Rahmon Techians, how are you and how is everybody? Hope the whether is bearable? Its not easy here sha. As have outlined in my old post about Idesigner being the Most nutorious photo editor. I will like to teach some tecniques about Idesigner.

Idesigner and PropaintMoble (PPM) are the most used photo editing app by webmasters before the introduction of android and ofcourse the pick ups. I used Idesigner almost everytime. It is so easy and the fact is that its a python - based app. You must have a Golden python or so. With the latest version 1.40 you can import a plugin *.pyc, you know what that means? I will like to show you how I trimed and changed the background of my Picture. But, before goin into that, I wil have to list the tools we have in Idesigner.

There are lot of things to do with Idesigner, different sort of designs in the name of Photo. By now, I beleiv you are ready for the tutor. You have already installed Idesigner and its ready for use? Goooood!

Launch Idesigner. If that was your first time you should select from options, the language you wanna use and wait for it to load. Exactly, a white page.

Press Options > File > Open.

Since I was using my Pic, I'd just navigate through the FileBrowser and get the pic loaded. There is E and C. E is indicating the External storage (Memory card) while C is for phone memory, I hope you know the folder which you saved your pictures. Use the filebrowser and make sure you bring the pic to the white page.





For the picture to load, Idesigner would take a while or if possible wouldn't count seconds.
Assuming you have browsed your picture. The pic isn't that clear. Do you know what caused that? It was the resolution. The picture is just too big. Now, to reduce stress, you will have to resize the picture.

You press Options > Image > Resize. At this point there would be an option immediatly you choosed Resize.



Select Pixels, from there you can resiz the pic and let the app have a good breath. Input Width and Heigh. My own Picture was resized, I used Width = 300 while Height = 400.






Good. Hope you getting it? Press 1 from the keypad, if your using A QWERTY phone then you will have to hold the shift key before pressing 1. This will list the Tools From the side.



Scroll to Eclips as indicated above Press it and lets start the triming. It is very easy but during triming you mustn't press the middle key twice unless you are done with the triming. You mustn't!

So, with my picture on the screen, just watch.

I'd move the cursor to the edge of the picture and start drawing the edge round. You must becareful here to avoid havin to repeat from scrab. You should only press the middle key once and thats only if you have a corner or you wanna turn around. Play with the eclips key and make sure you have trimed the edge of the pic. Draw the pic, Just the image and leave the background.



That is the sample, I had just finished triming, but the line was still blinking, meanwhile, I haven't double pressed the Center Key. But the pic is drawn round from the edge. I have drawn the pic and its time to Press the Center Key Twice so to bring Options for Action. From the Options, Press Cut.



Suddenly, the image is disappeared but the Frame was still there.



fine, I just cut the picture, thats how you should cut yours too.

Since I was done with the Triming, I'd just browse for the background. The nice one I had planned to use. I have them many thou.

So, I'd press Option > File > Open in new Window. This time, you are opening new window, in order to pick the background. You wil have to browse the path and bring out the background.



Loaded? How is it? You need to resize right? Ok lets resize, go Option > Image > resize and put the size that suits your trimed pic.

Mine was resized Width = 500, Height = 370.



Then, I proceeded in Pasting the Pic I had cut. It was the image you trimed. Paste it and make sure it is aligned, move it to the suitable path.

Press the Right Key, There would be Options, press Paste. And Have it pasted!





Thats all. We are done with Triming, in my next post we will discuss on how to draw, colorpicking, paint, and how to use the bitmap feature.

Thanks! Click Options > File > Save as. Select the Drive which you wana save the pic. Press Options > Save, and wait for a formatting pop up. Select either jpg or png, press Ok and insert the picture's name. Thats all..








Mine was saved in E: memory card, so I'd Minimize to my Exporer and find the pic I saved with 'rahmon'.



Finally, I have trimed my picture, I dont need a Pc to do all this. Java phone users can also participate with the PMM forum.
