*Flash the and then flash the Gapps.

Steps to Download Gapps:
*select the type of chipset
*select android version(select 4.4 for miui)
*select the type of Gapps package.

Patch:
*Download the patch
*Reboot to recovery
*Flash the Patch
*Reboot
*done....
