Salesforce, SAP lead 30% global CRM market

The worldwide CRM market grew 13.3% in the last year, from $20.4B in 2013 to $23.2B in 2014. 47% of total CRM software revenue in 2014 was generated from SaaS-based CRM applications. Salesforce leads the worldwide CRM market with 18.4% market share.
