SVTIMG-Tool for making Android boot animations

My 2nd attempt of making another VB program, I made this because I think this might be useful for others to make their boot animations, I got this idea when I was making a boot animation for Lollicraft (click here :), thanks to Rahul Sehgal for making a flashable zip of my boot animation.

This program simply uses ffmpeg to convert.
